Effective Date & Notice
In accordance with our partner policies, price changes require a minimum of 30 days’ prior written notice.
This communication, dated February 17, 2026, serves as the official 30-day notice.
The updated price list will take effect March 12, 2026.
Orders Placed Before the Effective Date
The current pricing in effect today will remain valid for all orders received prior to the effective date.
Partners who wish to use current pricing should submit orders before the change takes effect.
Bids Extending Beyond the Change Date
We understand that some resellers may have active bids that extend beyond the new pricing effective date.
If you have a bid that:
- Was submitted prior to this notice, and
- Extends past the effective date
You may request a pricing exception within 10 working days of this notice.
Our team will review requests promptly to ensure fairness and continuity for in-progress opportunities.
Quotes and Orders After the Effective Date
All new quotes issued and all orders received on or after the effective date must reflect the updated pricing.
Please ensure your teams are aligned on this timeline to avoid processing delays.
